On December 30, 2024, the CNIPA Issued Measures for Administrative Adjudication and Mediation of Patent Disputes (No. 81), which will take effect on February 1, 2025.
The Measures stipulated the procedures, infringement judgement, and requirements for evidence of administrative adjudication of patent disputes, and administrative mediation procedures, as well as legal liabilities.
